I have been drawing for approximately 7 years, beginning when I was in 5th grade. I started by drawing fan art of Invader Zim characters. Afterwards, I became aware of the anime art style and taught myself the style using DragonBall Z tutorials. Generally my method of progression is due to discovering a particular style which intrigues me and therefore inspires me to build off my current style toward that style. Currently my drawing style is best described as a mix of semi-realistic anime and realism, though I am capable of other art styles.

I began web design about 4 years ago with a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan site dedicated to Malik Ishtar. This site was called Mind Games and was hosted as a free site. Later the site progressed from a fan site toward a personal blog site and an archive of Final Fantasy animated GIFs, though under the same name. The Mind Games name was retired in favor of a web network known as Syntax Error, which featured a blog site, a GIF collection site, and an anime screenshot archive. The network was quickly retired and for a time I did not have a personal site. In 2005, I launched a personal art/blog site under the banner Kaitou Art. This site underwent renovations in Summer 2006 and again in April 2007. The site was unofficially closed in June 2007. The latest art/blog site, Frozen North, was created in August 2008 and is currently on version 1.0.
